Creating a Teachers Space for Reflection

This presentation will describe the creation of a “pop-up” support group for teachers who are in the front lines responding to the Covid Crisis. Besides virus, the COVID crisis brought a huge amount of stress, uncertainty and profound disruptions to community life. Schools who form a center to community life were hit very hard. The psychological needs of educators who are asked (implicitly and explicitly) to hold the “fort” were going underappreciated.
